Hale Barns Third XI have competed in the Cheshire County Cricket League East Division One since being promoted in 2014.
The team contains a mix of experienced players and emerging youngsters, with a balance between playing to win and giving everyone a game.
Farhan Rabbani’s side were winners of the Cheshire County Cricket League Division C in 2020, lifting themselves into top spot on the final day of the season.
Hamza Ali was in remarkable form, completing the campaign as leading run scorer in the league with 248 at an average of 82.67, including an unbeaten century. Meanwhile, Adil Khan and youngster Haaziq Choudhry both claimed nine victims with the ball.
The 3s will compete under new leadership in 2021, with Phil Dodd taking over the captaincy.
